Horse Treat Cookies 1-cup Oatmeal 1-cup Flour 1-cup shredded carrots 1-tsp. Salt 1-Tlb. Sugar 2- Tlb. Corn oil 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup molasses 350. Degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Make into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Spray balls with Pam. Bake 15 min. Till golden brown.
